Headshot starting at $60 USD

Headshots are from the chest up, otherwise known as a "Bust". They include small accessories, and very minor props such as a rose in the hand, or candles, as an example. These are colored and rendered, with a minimal background color(either textured or gradient), they include a rough sketch, a second pass sketch, and then line art.Posing is very minimal, but if you have an idea of what type of bust you'd like, please let me know!

Sketch Pages starting at $90 USD

Sketch page examples include 5-6 full and/or half body figures. Poses can include predetermined poses of your choice, or put the decision in my hands. If you choose to let me pick the poses, I'll require a quick blurb of your character's personality and demeanor, to ensure the poses are accurate to the character.poses can include small props like weapons, cigarettes, phones, etc. Colors are flat, with NO shading, and your choice of monotone(CAIN TTRPG style single color with black and white) or full color. For background color, gray is the default(shown below), but you are welcome to ask for a different color instead or even simple gradients. I work best with image references, but can absolutely work with you based off text description and/or picrews alone.This type of commission includes a rough first pass, in which you can see how the general layout of posing and style with be made. There is no "line art" as these are sketches.

Fullbodies starting at $100 USD, additional figures are $20 PER

Full body drawings are the entire body of the character/figure. This tier can include minor props similar to other "tiers", and experience full rendering and line art. Much like the headshots, there is a rough sketch phase, a second pass of sketching, and a line art phase. These can include either no background, or a simplified background.Character complexity will affect pricing!

By commissioning me, you are confirming you have read these terms in full and will abide by them. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your commission and, in extreme cases, will put you on my blacklist.
Please note: I do not accept commissions from minors

If you have questions about any aspect of my Terms of Service, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am happy to clarify any points made here, and I encourage you to communicate with me!

I- Payment

All payments must be made in USD via Stripe.I will send you an invoice upon completing your commission via Stripe's invoice, you do not need a stripe account to pay for your invoice. Payment is NOT expected up front, as your commission is secured when it is put in my commission queue. You will receive an invoice from me within 2-3 business days from the point of commission completion. Failure to pay this within 48 hours of sending the invoice will cancel your commission. Final files will NOT be delivered in the event of a canceled commission.!! If you have issues with invoicing, contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I will assume your commission slot is forfeited if you do not make an effort to contact me within 48 hours of when I inform you the invoice has been sent. !!I can provide payment plans for any commissions in which the price exceeds $100. Payment plans are case by case and subject to variation in terms. Failure to complete your payment plan by the agreed-upon timeline will result in a cancellation of your commission. No work will be delivered.!! I do not provide payment plans by default! You must discuss this with me in advance. !!Deadlines will incur extra fees, which will be discussed before invoicing. This includes rush orders. Rush orders will take priority in any current wait-list. Rush orders are commissions that must be delivered within three weeks from the acceptance date. Any commission that must be completed by a specified date, regardless of rush order status, is considered a commission with a deadline.Charge backs are not allowed once payment has been made at any point during the commission process. Please note: Requesting a refund and allowing me time to communicate and process your refund is not considered a charge back. I WILL contest your charge back. Charge backs will result in the cancellation of your commission and blacklisting.Commissions are NOT first come, first serve. I will choose which commissions I will accept in whichever order I deem appropriate for my current schedule(i.e. more complex commissions will not take priority). If you are uncomfortable with this style of commissioning, please do not commission me.You will be notified if your commission has been accepted via discord DM, and/or email. Your commission is considered accepted when you are put on my commission queue(my sieve page), and I send you a link to said page. Your position in the queue will be communicated to you, and your timeline of commission completion will be communicated appropriately.Please refer to my commission queue(linked at the top) before asking me directly for updates on your commission.

II- Timeline

The commission timelines I provide are rough estimates. More complex pieces will take much longer to complete, anywhere from one to three months.I will always communicate estimated times on what to expect for your personal commission timeline.
The default commission timeline is as follows.Forms
You will begin commission requests by filling out a commission form, linked on the front page of my carrd.Queue placement
Once you have filled out the form, I will contact you via Discord DMs and/or email(whichever you prefer). I will let you know your position in the queue, and will start on your commission as soon as I reach it's position in queue.Sketch/lineart
This is the initial phase of your commission, and will be the best time to ask for major and minor revisions. AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED THE LINEART AND BEGAN COLOR/RENDER, YOU CANNOT ASK FOR MAJOR REVISIONS.Color/Render
This is the point where I will apply the flat colors, and begin rendering you commission if applicable. If there is no rendering needed, this will be the final phase.Invoice
I will invoice you via stripe, and provide a resized version of your commission. Full size art is unfortunately not available at this time, as I work on extremely large canvases that are frankly not fit for online upload. You will be given a watermarked and non-watermarked version. If at any point you need another, somewhat larger, version then please feel free to ask!Significant revisions can only be made within the sketch and lining phase. Significant revisions involve any changes to anatomy, clothes, or background. This does not include hair and accessories, which can be changed more easily(case by case in some instances).Minor tweaks can be made at any point, even during the final rendering. Minor tweaks involve adjustments to lighting and values, colors, and any text or symbols when applicable.

III- Communication

Initial commission requests must be made via the provided Google forms. If the form is unavailable, then commissions are currently closed. You must be able to provide a mode of communication through Discord direct message or email.When you go to fill out the commission form, please answer "Maybe" instead of "yes" where it asks "did you read the tos" so that I know you actually read my ToS.Discord DMs are my preferred method for prompt communication when discussing updates, minor/significant tweaks, and miscellaneous items. If you do not wish to DM me for day-to-day communication, email is my secondary preference.If you fail to communicate promptly, I reserve the right to cancel your commission. I will always give a warning when inadequate communication happensCommunication is considered inadequate when more than three business weeks have passed since the last response from both parties(however, only you will be considered untimely in communication if you don't respond). If there is any amount of time you will be away from your usual communication methods, then please inform me. I will continue to work on your commission, but these rules will be waived during that time.Please inform me ahead of time if you would not like me to stream the progress work of your art. By default, I stream all commission work and will assume it is safe to do so for all commissions.Please refrain from asking me for updates directly when possible. I will provide updates as I make them, and my queue list will be updated as needed. I will do my best to update you as frequently as possible, but please remember I am a full-time student. However, you can remind me for updates if three weeks have passed without progress.

IIII- Credits

My art is intended for personal use by default; commercial use must be discussed before payment arrangements are made.You cannot repost my art to other websites without prior permissionI must be aware of where my art is posted, and you must link to at least one of my social media profiles. If you're unsure which profile to link to, my bluesky @robuttrock is preferred.Please do not remove my watermarks or signatures when reposting my art. My art must be watermarked when posting to any website, furthermore art can be used for profile pictures and social media banners with correct credits linking to my accountsWithout prior notification, I reserve the right to use your commissioned pieces for promotional work, my portfolio, and commission advertisements on any platform.

V- Commercial Rights

My art is not to be used for NFTs or AI under any circumstancesCommercial use is any art intended for 2D assets for activities such as streaming, ARPGs, closed species, website graphics, etc. Commercial use is any usage of art where monetization is in effect. This includes Streaming on YouTube and twitch, vtuber activities, merchandise, trailers, etc. Please ask me if you are unsure if your commission counts for commercial use.Commercial rights will be an additional 20% of the original price of the commission. This price will be included and noted in the invoices I send to you. This price is non-negotiable and must be paid in full at the time of invoicingI do not sell commercial rights for store merchandise or personal merchandise sales unless explicitly discussed with the commissioner. I will not use commercial work for personal sales or merchandise unless previously agreed-upon terms have been met with the commissioner.

VI- Blacklisting

Please do not harass anyone that is on my blacklistTheir position on my blacklist is due to violations of my ToS, and set in place as a warning for other artistsThose on my blacklist cannot receive art, adopts, merchandise, or products I made, including the the aforementioned provided by others through me. Anyone who is caught circumventing my blacklist to provide the mentioned parties with my products will also be included on my blacklistI am not required to inform anyone that they have been added to my blacklist, nor am I obligated to explain why. Do not ask me. Attempts to contact me in someone’s stead for removal from my blacklist will result in the mentioned parties’ addition to my blacklist.
